Farmhouse Brie with Caramalized Carrot and Almond Topping (Serves 6)

250g ripe brie
1 tbsp flaked almonds browned in a little bit of butter 
2-3 tbsp carrot and almond chutney

Method

1. Warm the chutney in a small pan

2. Place the cheese on the grill try and pile the carrots at the centre of the cheese.

3. Place under preheated grill about 15cm from the heat and grill for about 10 minutes or until the carrot starts to caramelize.

4. Serve with a small rocket and red-leave salad and crusty bread
