| Fish with Ginger Relish and Hazelnut Crust |
4 fish fillets, salmon, trout, hake or snoek
3-4 tbsps ginger relish
3-4 tbsp, ground almond or hazelnuts
Butter
Chopped dill for serving
Method
1. Mix the ginger relish with the ground nuts. Place the fish in a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the fish, dot with butter.
2. Bake in a pre heated oven 180ºC for 15 minutes or until the fish is ready and the crust is nicely browned.
